SPOTLIGHT
2016
FHFI (Ferguson Humanitarian Foundation International, Inc.) was conceived and founded in the summer of 2010. The Founder, Bruce Ferguson, inspired by his youth in India, has spent many years of his life devoted to helping others through education, contribution and human rights activities.
Other Board members are also involved in Education, Human Rights, Physical Health and other service occupations.
On the 10th of October 2010 (10-10-10), a week after Mahatma Gandhi’s birthday on Oct. 2nd, FHFI launched our opening program, called The Power of Ten Humanitarian Project. Read more below. This one program can span the globe and connect us back together to build an instructive, constructive and productive environment where we can build a great civilization together.
While on a humanitarian tour to South Asia in 2011, Bruce went to a very rural part of northern India where he was completely inspired by an all-girls school program. Lives are being changed there daily. Every year gives a new group of girls, who have persisted through hardships and have graduated, a new life of opportunity. FHFI chose to add our support to the plan from their Founder to provide sustainable and predictable support for the students. I encourage you to join our team and help these girls to have a new, educated and enriched life of achievement.
There are so many worthwhile projects and people determined to make a positive difference in the world that we got inspired and here is our program. Enjoy and more importantly – PARTICIPATE.
